Returns & Replacements
Provided that we have previously agreed, we only accept goods for exchange, which are returned at your expense, in the original display packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You must pay for additional postages on the exchange.

Unpack the parcel carefully and please bear in mind that these are fragile items. We inspect goods before they are despatched and cannot accept claims for damages that have not occurred in transit.
Damages in transit should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made on the carrier. Any delay will mean that we are unable to make a claim on our carrier and therefore unable to accept your claim for compensation. Replacement goods will be sent out once the returns are received and checked.

Viewing Orders
Do not place orders just to view the items, unless we  have agreed beforehand.

Stock Availability
Occasionally we may not be able to supply items on your order due to stock variances or for matters out of our control.
Sometimes the computer can show the last one in stock, but as we also operate a retail store it may have just been sold in store. Also there have been instances when we came to pick the last item, that we have found that it was damaged.
We will contact you by email to inform you of the updated situation and stock availability.

Design, Colour  & Dimensions
Designs can be changed without notice.
Colours may not always be accurately reproduced on monitors or screens.
Dimensions are approximate.

If you use Paypal, money will only be taken for those items we can supply as ithey are despatched.
Refunds for any other method of payment  will be made the same way as your original payment.
