1) Occasionally delivery will be more than 7 days, in which case we will advise you by email or telephone of the situation.
2) With the exception of the Dolls House Emporium Junior Collection and the Le Toy Van range, the items on our site are not toys and not suitable for children under 14 years of age. Please bear in mind that they are collectable miniatures and should therefore be handled very carefully.
3) Damages in transit should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery so that a claim can be made on the carrier. Any delay will mean that we are unable to make a claim on our carrier and therefore unable to accept your claim for compensation.
4) Do not place orders just to view the items, as we do not accept returns. ( We have had too many goods returned which have been unsuitable for resale ).
Unpack the parcel carefully and please bear in mind that these are fragile items. We cannot accept claims for damages that have not occurred in transit.
